呼伦湖沉积物柱芯营养物质垂向分布及生态风险评价 被引量:2

Vertical Distribution and Ecological Risk Assessment of Nutrients in Sediments of Hulun Lake

摘要 为了探究内蒙古呼伦湖沉积物中营养物质分布特征及污染状态,于2015年3月在呼伦湖北部采集长100cm沉积物柱芯(编号HLX),分析有机质(OM)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)的垂向变化特征,并运用综合污染指数法及有机污染指数法进行了沉积物生态风险评价。结果表明,呼伦湖沉积物柱芯OM、TN、TP含量变化范围分别为2.33%~5.61%、1.02~3.07g/kg、0.33~1.15g/kg,OM、TN、TP含量垂向表现为随深度的增加呈递减趋势;呼伦湖沉积物已处于污染状态,TN污染达到重度水平,TP污染达到中度水平;呼伦湖沉积物已处于有机污染状态,有机氮污染严重;呼伦湖沉积物有机质的来源既有陆生植物也有水生植物,为两者的混合物;总有机碳(TOC)和TN呈显著性相关,具有同源性。可见呼伦湖沉积物大部分处于严重污染水平,应引起高度重视,严格控制外源输入。 In order to study the nutrients’ distribution characteristics and pollution status of the Hulun Lake sediments in Inner Mongolia,a 100 cm-long sediment core HLX was collected in the northern part of the lake in March 2015 to analyze the characteristics of vertical change of organic matter(OM),total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP),so as to conduct the sediment ecological risk assessment with the comprehensive pollution index method and organic pollution index method.The results indicate that the content variation range of OM,TN and TP in Hulun Lake sediments is2.33%-5.61%,1.02-3.07 g/kg,and 0.33-1.15 g/kg,respectively.The vertical content of OM,TN and TP shows a decreasing trend with the depth increases.The Hulun Lake sediments are polluted,with the pollution of TN reaching a severe level and TP reaching a moderate level.The Hulun Lake sediments are in a state of organic pollution and serious organic nitrogen pollution.The source of organic matter in the sediments comes from both terrestrial and aquatic plants,forming a mixture of the two.TOC is significantly positive correlated with TN,which has homology.It is concluded that the bulk of Hulun Lake sediments has reached a serious pollution level,which deserves close attention and should be controlled external input.
