摘要
在宽边耦合线定向耦合器的基础上,提出了一种基于LTCC技术的四相位定向耦合器的设计方案。四相位定向耦合器要求四个输出端口幅度一致,相位依次相差90°、180°、270°。该定向耦合器由三个宽边定向耦合器和一个1/4波长传输线组成,为了减小器件的尺寸,采用上下分层结构。经过电路仿真及三维电磁场仿真优化,最终设计的耦合器尺寸为6.0 mm×8.0 mm×1.8 mm。测试结果为,耦合器的工作频率为2.0~2.2 GHz,输出损耗优于6.6 dB,四个输出端口的相位误差在10°范围内,驻波比优于1.22。
A quadrifilar directional coupler based on LTCC technology was proposed on the basis of broadside coupling line coupler. Four phase directional coupler required four output port to have same amplitude, and the phase difference was 90 degrees, 180 degrees, 270 degrees in turn. The directional coupler was composed of three broadside coupling line and a quarter-wavelength transmission line. In order to reduce the size of the device, the upper and lower layers were used. After circuit simulation and 3 D electromagnetic field simulation optimization, the size of the coupler finally designed is 6.0 mm×8.0 mm×1.8 mm. Measured results show that the coupler’s operation frequency is 2.0~2.2 GHz, the output loss is better than 6.6 dB, the phase difference of the four output ports is within 10 degrees, and the standing-wave ratio is better than 1.22.
