摘要
文章旨在探讨饲料中添加益生菌对罗氏沼虾幼苗生长后期生长性能、存活率和屠体成分的影响。将250只虾苗[平均体重(0.01±0.002)g]分为5组,每组2个重复,每个重复25只,试验共进行12周。除了益生菌比例变化外,试验日粮的主要营养水平相同,处理组在饲料中分别添加1%、2%、3%、4%益生菌。益生菌组较对照组显著提高了罗氏沼虾试验的末重、特定生长率和归一化生物指数(P<0.05),其中2%益生菌组的末重、特定生长率和归一化生物指数在第6周最高(P<0.05),3%益生菌组在第8周直到试验结束均表现为最高(P<0.05)。2%和3%益生菌组较其他组料重比显著降低、蛋白效率比显著提高(P<0.05)。2%和3%益生菌组罗氏沼虾存活率最高,分别达到76%和78%(P<0.05),而屠体蛋白组含量最高,4%益生菌组屠体蛋白质含量最低(P<0.05)。与2%、3%益生菌组相比,对照组、1%和4%益生菌组罗氏沼虾屠体脂肪含量显著提高(P<0.05)。试验结果显示,日粮添加2%或3%益生菌可以改善和提高罗氏沼虾的生长性能。
The present study was conducted to investigate the impact of adding probiotics to the diet of Macrobrachium rosenbergii during the post larval stage of growth.Two hundred and fifty post larvae prawn with the mean weight of 0.01±0.002 g were divided into five experimental groups each with two replicates of 25 larvae prawn.The experiment was conducted for 12 weeks.Experimental nutrient contents in diets were identical in all aspects except for variation in the probiotics ratio.Control diet had no addition,while diets 1~5 were adding 1%,2%,3%和4%probiotics.Results showed that growth performance and survival of the probiotic fed groups were significantly higher(P<0.05)than the control group.Significantly higher growth(P<0.05),for final body weight,specific growth rate and improving in normalized biomass index were recorded in groups of prawn fed diets addition of 2%and 3%probiotics.In addition,the food conversion ratio,protein efficiency ration in treatments receiving probiotics were significantly better(P<0.05)than those fed the control diet.Concerning the influence of the probiotics on the proximate composition of carcass,no significantly differences(P>0.05)were observed among different treatments in carcass moisture and ash content.While protein content showed the highest value for prawn fed both 2%and 3%probiotics groups,but the lowest value of protein was observed with 4%probiotics group.No significant differences were observed in lipid content among groups of prawn fed diets addition of 1%and 4%probiotics and those fed control diet,while the best and lowest values of lipid carcass were recorded for those in 2%and 3%probiotics groups.In conclusion,the additions of probiotics in the diets(2%or 3%)improves and enhance the growth performance of Macrobrachium rosenbergii larvae.
