摘要
针对斜沟煤矿选煤厂智能鼓风项目,详细分析介质桶鼓风系统的智能化改造过程以及改造效果。通过增加自动控制阀门和压力监测,并将系统中空压机设备状态信息如电流、压力、运转状态、故障等采集后,应用设定参数实现自动控制的方式,使鼓风系统实现自动启停、智能循环鼓风,最终解决鼓风风压、用风量的问题,实现系统运行节能降耗和降低岗位劳动强度的目的。
Aiming at the intelligent blast project of Xiegou Coal preparation Plant,the intelligent transformation process and effect of medium bucket blowing system are analyzed in detail.Through adding automatic control valve and pressure monitoring,and collecting the state information of air compressor equipment in the system,such as current,pressure,operation state,fault and so on,the automatic control mode is realized by setting parameters,so that the blowing system can realize automatic start and stop,intelligent circulation blowing,and finally solve the problems of blast air pressure and air volume to realize the energy saving and consumption reduction of the system operation and reduce the labor intensity of the post.
