摘要
如何快速响应战场态势变化,做出目标威胁判断,是智能化作战决策的重要环节。针对实际应用中作战平台搭载的不同传感器探测能力、性能等不尽相同,威胁评估输入要素不确定性大导致威胁评估失效的问题,对传统TOPSIS威胁评估方法的使用局限性进行分析,提出了信息不完全条件下基于改进TOPSIS法的目标威胁评估方法。该方法在度量距离、最优最劣解选择、虚拟目标构建和针对缺失处理上香蕉传统TOPSIS法进行了改进。最后通过仿真证明了该方法合理有效。
How to respond to battlefield situation quickly and make target threat judgment is an important part of intelligent combat decision making.In view of the different sensors’ability in practical applications,the uncertainty of threat assessment of the input elements is greatly caused by the failure of threat assessment.The limitations of the traditional TOPSIS threat assessment method are analyzed,target threat assessment method based on improved TOPSIS under incomplete information is proposed.The method is improved on metric distance,optimal worst solution selection,virtual target construction and missing processing.Finally,it is proved that the method is reasonable and effective.
