摘要
本文运用2000~2013年教育质量和企业出口产品质量数据,实证检验了教育质量对企业出口产品质量的影响效应。结果发现,教育质量对企业出口产品质量的影响显著为正,但是具体到教育质量内部,则发现我国虽然人均受教育年限不断延长促进了企业出口产品质量提升,而生师比不断下降却反而不利于企业出口产品质量的提高,这可能是因为我国教育侧重于量的积累而忽视质的提高所致。因此,当前教育发展的主要问题是改善优质教育资源供给不足的现状,并通过缩小区域教育质量差距来缩小区域间企业出口产品质量的差距。
This paper uses the data of the educational quality and the quality of enterprises’export products from 2000 to 2013 to test the impact of educational quality on the quality of enterprises’export products empirically.The results show that the impact of educational quality on the quality of enterprises’export products is significantly positive.But within the educational quality,it is found that although the average educational years in China has been extended,which has promoted the quality of enterprises’export products,the constant decline of the ratio of students to teachers is not conducive to the improvement of the quality of enterprises’export products.This is probably because that China’s education focuses on the accumulation of quantity but neglects the improvement of quality.Therefore,the main problem of current educational development is to improve the current situation of insufficient supply of high-quality education resources,and to reduce the gap of the quality of enterprises’export products between different regions by narrowing the gap in regional education quality.
