摘要
通过对继电器中典型方形罩壳进行分析,制定了成形工艺方案,根据工艺方案设计相应的模具,并阐述了各模具结构、设计要点及试模注意事项。经实际批量生产验证,模具成形罩壳尺寸精度和外观质量均达到设计要求,表明工艺方案和模具结构设计的合理性。
Based on the structural analysis of typical square enclosure in relays, a set of machining process scheme was worked out, and the corresponding dies were designed according to the process scheme. The structure of dies, design points and the attentions in debugging were expounded. The actual mass production verified that the dimensional accuracy and appearance quality of the enclosure met the design requirements, which proved the process scheme and die structure design were reasonable.
