摘要
针对远程医疗等应用对医学图像完整性的要求,将可逆水印技术与消息摘要算法相结合,提出了一种基于大容量可逆水印嵌入的图像完整性检测方案。该方案根据具体应用对篡改定位精度的要求对图像进行分块,应用MD5算法生成各图像块摘要作为待嵌入水印;通过分析医学图像灰度直方图和差值直方图中的统计特征,自适应地选择各图像块中嵌入容量大的直方图进行修改完成水印嵌入,收方通过提取水印摘要进行完整性检测和篡改位置的定位。仿真结果表明,该方法能够通过图像分块和水印嵌入实现医学图像完整性的检测。
Aiming at the requirements for medical image integrity in telemedicine applications,an image integrity detection scheme based on large capacity reversible watermark embedding is proposed in this paper,which combining reversible watermarking technology with message digest algorithm.The proposed scheme partitions the image according to the requirement of tamper localization accuracy and MD5 algorithm is used to generate image block abstracts as embedded watermark.By analyzing the statistical characteristics of gray histogram and difference histogram of medical images,histogram with large embedding capacity is adaptively selected and modified to embed the watermark,while the receiver can extract the watermark to detect the integrity and locate the tamper position.Simulation results show that the proposed method can detect the integrity of medical images by image blocking and watermark embedding.
