摘要
目的对比手术缝合止血与双极电凝止血在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术中对卵巢功能的影响。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年2月行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的100例患者,根据其止血方法不同分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组采用手术缝合止血法,观察组采用双极电凝止血法。观察两组患者的手术相关指标和性激素(卵泡刺激素、雌二醇、黄体生成素)水平。结果观察组的出血量明显少于对照组,手术时间、住院时间及首次下床活动时间明显短于对照组(P均<0.05)。术后,观察组的雌二醇、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论与手术缝合止血法相比,双极电凝止血法可有效保持卵巢的正常生理功能,提高患者的手术效率,促进其术后恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the influence of surgical suture hemostasis and bipolar electrocoagulation hemostasis on ovarian function in laparoscopic ovarian cyst exudation. Methods 100 patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst exudation in our hospital from March2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n = 50) and observation group(n = 50) according to the different hemostasis methods. The control group received surgical suture hemostasis, while the observation group received bipolar electrocoagulation hemostasis. The surgical related indicators and levels of sex hormone(follicle stimulating hormone, estradiol, luteinizing hormone) of the two groups were observed. Results The blood loss of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the operation time, hospitalization time and first out-of-bed time were significantly shorter than those of the control group(all P <0.05). After operation, the levels of estriol, follicular stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Compared with surgical suture hemostasis, bipolar electrocoagulation hemostasis can effectively maintain the normal physiological function of ovary, improve the surgical efficiency and promote the postoperative recovery of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
