摘要
分析某电厂660 MW机组在调试期间气力输灰系统的堵灰现象,指出是由省煤器堵灰、除尘器输灰不畅和灰斗料位高引起的。采取调整输灰逻辑、进料时间、输灰间隔和调整气化风温度等手段,解决省煤器和除尘器输灰系统堵灰问题,为同类设备运行提供了借鉴。
The phenomenon of ash blockage in the pneumatic ash conveying system of a 660 MW power plant during commissioning is analyzed,which is caused by ash blockage of economizer,poor ash transport of precipitator and high level of dust hopper.Measures are taken to adjust the logic of ash transport,feeding time,ash transport interval and temperature of gasification air,which provides reference for similar equipment operation.
