摘要
基于对青海省引大济湟工程特点、建设自动信息化系统背景的阐述,通过需求分析、问题发现,从系统工程建设原则、任务等方面,结合引大济湟工程实际和全国水利信息化规划要求,提出了一种有效自动信息化系统和调水工程管理体系,对于打造水利信息化管理,解决引大济湟工程实现信息化管理所面临的分散管理、传统模式、效率低等问题有更好的积极作用。
Based on the description of the characteristics of the Yindajihuang diversion project and the background of the construction of the automatic information system in Qinghai Province,through demand analysis and problem discovery,an effective automatic information system and water diversion project are put forward from the aspects of the principles and tasks of the construction of the system project,combined with the actual situation of the Yindajihuang diversion project and the requirements of the national water resources information planning. The process management system has a better positive role in building water resources information management and solving the problems of decentralized management,traditional mode and low efficiency faced by the informatization management of the diversion project from Dalian to Huangyuan.
