高突矿井低抽巷穿层瓦斯抽采钻孔轨迹综合测控技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对高突矿井岩巷穿层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯中成孔困难、钻孔轨迹不清而造成瓦斯抽采不均衡、煤矿安全隐患难以根除的问题,以平煤股份十三矿11110工作面中部低抽巷为例,采用孔口定位技术、侧向电阻率视频成像测井技术,对穿层瓦斯预抽钻孔轨迹进行综合测控。结果表明,穿层钻孔的孔内轨迹和深度与设计和钻探控制的不一致,表现为扇形孔组中钻孔轨迹由边缘向扇面中心有2°~6°的偏移,偏移角和偏移距离随钻杆倾角增大而减小;轨迹测量的孔深比钻探控制的孔深平均小1.83m,在Z05-05-07钻孔中发现一条落差2.3m的逆断层,实际控制的煤巷条带宽度比设计的小1.2m。探测成果对于提高瓦斯抽采孔设计和施工质量、合理布置采掘工程,提高煤矿科学产能生产具有重要的指导价值。 In allusion to the issue of high gas outburst hazard coalmine hard heading gas predrainage coal seam crossing borehole completion difficulty,because of borehole track unclear caused gas drainage disproportion,coalmine safety hidden trouble difficult to eradicate,taking the Pingdingshan Tian’an Coal Mining Co.Ltd.coalmine No.13 working face No.11110 middle part low drainage roadway as example,using mouth positioning technology,lateral resistivity video imaging logging technology carried out comprehensive supervisory and control for crossing gas predrainage borehole track.The result has shown that the disaccord between crossing borehole internal tracks,depths and designed,drilling controlled tracks.Characterized by borehole tracks within fan-shaped borehole group have 2°~6°deviation from margin toward the fan center,deviation angle and distance decreasing along with drilling rod inclination increasing.The tracking measured depth is 1.83 m less than drilling controlled depth average;in the borehole Z05-05-07 has found a reverse fault with 2.3 m throw;actually controlled coal roadway strip width is 1.2 m narrower than designed.The prospected results have significant guiding importance to improve gas drainage borehole design and operation quality,reasonable arrangement of winning and opening engineering,enhance coalmine scientific capacity production.
