摘要
氧化苦参碱可抑制乳腺癌MCF-7细胞、卵巢癌SKOV-3细胞、HO-8910细胞、NuTu19细胞、PM-2细胞、宫颈癌HeLa细胞、SiHa细胞以及子宫内膜癌Ishikawa细胞的增殖并诱导凋亡,也能抑制癌细胞黏附和侵袭。氧化苦参碱可通过调控微小RNA-125b/STAT3通路、上调p38MAPK通路、下调蛋白激酶B通路或Wnt/β-连环蛋白通路诱导妇科肿瘤细胞的凋亡。氧化苦参碱还可抑制肿瘤细胞中的肿瘤干细胞样细胞亚群的增殖作用优于抑制非干细胞样肿瘤细胞亚群的增殖。氧化苦参碱在低浓度时能长时间抑制肿瘤细胞分泌免疫抑制分子中的转化生长因子-β1和P-糖蛋白的表达,这也是其增强放化疗效果的机制之一。综述氧化苦参碱对肿瘤患者抑制肿瘤细胞的药理作用文献并对其研究进展做了分析。
Oxymatrinee inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis association with dosage on mammary cancer MCF-7 cells, ovarian carcinoma SKOV-3 cells, HO-8910 cells, NuTu19 cells, PM-2 cells, cervical carcinoma HeLa cells, SiHa cells and endometrial carcinoma Ishikawa cells. Oxymatrine inhibits also the adhesion and invasion of these cancer cells. Oxymatrine induces apoptosis of gynecologic tumors cells by controlling miR-125 b/STAT3 pathway, upregulating p38 MAPK pathway and down-regulating Akt pathway or Wnt/β-catenin pathway. That oxymatrine inhibits proliferation of cancer stem cell which is more powerful than non-cancer stem cell in cancer cells. Low concentration of oxymatrine inhibits tumor cells to secrete immunodepressive molecules, and to express P-glycoprotein;it is a mechanism that oxymatrine promotes efficacy of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The literatures of pharmacological effects of oxymatrine on tumor cells proliferation in tumor patients were reviewed and the research progress was analyzed.
