摘要
目的探讨自拟通络汤治疗脉络瘀阻型颈椎病的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在辽宁省沈阳市沈阳中大骨科医院中医科就诊的80例经中医辨证分型为脉络瘀阻型颈椎病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用自拟通络汤治疗,比较2组颈椎病患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果试验组患者的临床疼痛VAS评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脉络瘀阻型颈椎病患者采取自拟通络汤治疗可以降低患者的临床疼痛视觉模拟评分,减轻患者的疼痛感,其临床效果显著,并能提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of self-designed Tongluo decoction on stagnant blockade of collaterals cervical spondylopathy.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in department of traditional Chinese medicine of Shenyang Zhongda orthopaedic hospital,80 cases of stagnant blockade of collaterals cervical spondylopathy patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group 40 of cases was treated with conventional therapy.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group of 40 cases used self-designed Tongluo decoction.The cervical spondylopathy of VAS(visual analogue scale)was compared.Results The clinical visual simulation score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-designed Tongluo decoction can reduce the clinical visual analogue score,reduce the pain of patients,has significantly clinical effect,can improve the quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
