摘要
贵溪冶炼厂30万t熔炼车间有机胺脱硫系统于2019年5月底建成并投入使用,在运行过程中存在布袋压差大、脱盐能力不足、入口烟气浓度波动大等问题,通过提高预喷涂及反吹风频率、调整脱盐系统和优化转炉作业方式等措施得到解决,截至目前,这套脱硫系统运行状况良好,外排烟气指标能稳定达标排放。
The organic amine desulfurization system of 300,000 tons smelting workshop in Guixi smelter was completed and put into use by the end of May 2019.During the operation,there are problems such as large differential pressure of bag,insufficient desalting capacity and large fluctuation of flue gas concentration at the inlet.The technicians analyze the causes of the problems and solve them one by one by improving the pre spraying and back blowing frequency,adjusting the desalting system and optimizing the converter operation mode,etc.Up to now,the desulfurization system is in good condition,and the discharged flue gas index can reach the discharge standard stably.
