摘要
为了筛选出适于新疆气候环境下种植的葡萄砧木品种,从而为新疆引进优良抗寒砧木提供科学依据,采用从中国农业大学引入到新疆玛纳斯河流域的17个葡萄砧木品种的1年生枝条为试材,对各砧木品种枝条在自然越冬条件下的相对电导率、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸5个生理指标进行了测定,并采用隶属函数法对各生理指标值进行了分析,还用灰色关联度法对各生理指标进行了综合性评价。结果表明:自然越冬条件下,随着田间温度的降低,17个葡萄砧木品种枝条的相对电导率、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸含量均逐渐增加,但不同砧木品种各生理指标的增幅不相同。以隶属函数法对其抗寒性的综合评价结果表明,17个葡萄砧木的抗寒性的强弱顺序为:贝达>山河1号>河岸4号>河岸2号>5BB>山河4号>Ganzia>Dogrizdge>1103P>3309>1613>101>河岸7号>山河3号>河岸10号>河岸9号>Gloivede。
In order to select suitable grape rootstock cultivars for planting in Xinjiang’s climatic environment,and to provide a scientific basis for introduction of fine cold-resistant rootstocks in Xinjiang,one-year-old branches of 17 grape rootstocks introduced from China Agricultural University to the Manas River Basin in Xinjiang were used as test materials,five physiological indexes of branches from each rootstock cultivar were determined under natural wintering conditions,including relative electrical conductivity,malondialdehyde,soluble protein,soluble sugar and free proline.Further,values of each physical and chemical index were analyzed by using membership function method,and physical and chemical indexes were comprehensively evaluated by using gray correlation degree method.The results showed that,under natural wintering condition,with decrease of filed temperature,contents of relative conductivity,malondialdehyde,soluble protein,soluble sugar and free proline in branches of 17 grape rootstock cultivars were increased gradually,but increases of physical and chemical indexes of different rootstock cultivars were different.The results of comprehensively evaluation of cold resistance by membership function method showed that,the order of cold resistance of 17 grape rootstock cultivars is Beta>Shanhe No.1>He’an No.4>He’an No.2>5BB>Shanhe No.4>Ganzia>Dogrizdge>1103P>3309>1613>101>He’an No.7>Shanhe No.3>He’an No.10>He’an No.9>Gloivede.
