环渤海地区产业绿色转型时空演变特征与影响因素研究 被引量:12

Study on Characteristics of Spatio-Temporal Evolution and Influencing Factors of Industrial Green Transformation in Bohai Rim Region

摘要 产业绿色转型是建设城市绿色化可持续发展道路的一项重要举措,同时也是社会文明进步的必要途径。研究从产业发展、产业生态、绿色潜力3个层面构建产业绿色转型指标体系,借助熵权法、基尼系数、局部空间自相关模型和障碍度模型,分析探讨环渤海地区产业绿色转型的时空演变特征及其影响因素。研究表明:(1)2000-2015年环渤海地区产业绿色转型指数偏小,但总体呈上升趋势,由2000年的0.201上升为2015年的0.380;(2)北京市、青岛市、大连市等城市的产业绿色转型水平较高,阜新市、本溪市、邢台市、盘锦市等城市的产业绿色转型水平较低,京津地区与青烟威地区成为新的产业绿色转型"高-高"热点集聚区,基尼系数由2000年的0.093下降为2015年的0.080,地区间差异化程度逐渐缩小;(3)区域产业绿色转型受到经济发展水平、信息产业从业人数以及科技创新水平等因素的影响。研究对于推动城市绿色转型,实现区域可持续发展具有重要意义。 Green industrial transformation is an important measure to build a green and sustainable development road for cities, it is also a necessary way for the progress of social civilization. With the help of entropy weight method, Gini coefficient, local spatial autocorrelation model and obstacle degree model, the research analyzes the characteristics of spatio-temporal evolution and influencing factors of industrial green transformation in Bohai Rim region by constructing the industrial green transformation index system from three aspects of industrial development, industrial ecology and green potential. The results indicate that:(1) The green industrial transformation index of the Bohai Rim region is relatively small from 2000 to 2015, but the overall trend is on the rise, from 0.201 in 2000 to 0.380 in 2015.(2) Cities such as Beijing, Qingdao and Dalian have higher levels of industrial green transformation, the cities have low levels including Fuxin, Benxi, Xingtai and Panjin. The Beijing-Tianjin region and area including Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai have become the new industrial green transformation of "high-high" concentrated area. The Gini coefficient decreased from 0.093 in 2000 to 0.080 in 2015, and the degree of regional differentiation gradually narrowed.(3) The industrial green transformation is affected by factors such as the level of economic development, the number of employees in the information industry, and the level of technological innovation. Research is of great significance to promote urban green transformation and achieve regional sustainable development.
