顶岗实习促进师范生专业发展的调查研究——以齐鲁师范学院顶岗实习为例 被引量:2

Investigation on Promoting Professional Development of Normal Students by Post Practice——Taking Qilu Normal University as an Example

摘要 顶岗实习是我国高校师范生培养过程中一种重要的教育实践模式,通过对齐鲁师范学院参加顶岗实习的部分师范生进行调查,发现顶岗实习对师范生专业知识、专业技能和专业精神的发展均有积极的促进作用。同时,针对师范生顶岗实习过程中存在的问题,本文从师范院校、师范生自身和实习基地三方面提出了促进师范生顶岗实习实施和发展的建议:高校应强化师范生岗前培训并增设通识课程;师范生要做好充分准备,端正实习态度;基地应给予充分配合和支持。 Post practice is an important educational practice mode in the process of cultivating normal university students in China.By the investigation of some normal university students,this study found that post practice has a positive effect on promoting their professional knowledge,skills and spirit.According to the problems reflect in the process of post practice,this paper puts forward suggestions on the implementation and development of post practice for normal university students from three aspects:normal universities,normal students themselves and practice bases.Specifically as follows,universities should strengthen pre-job training for normal university students and add general education courses;normal students should make full preparations and take correct attitudes;practice bases are supposed to give full cooperation and support.
