摘要
交流传动系统从电气牵引特性、制动特性、能耗和维修保养等方面都优于直流传动系统。文章提出一种以DSP与FPGA作为主要硬件组成的矿用机车变频调速装置,给出了调速装置的整体设计方案与基于异步电机转子磁场定向的矢量控制算法,研制了一套变频调速装置,试验结果表明该调速装置的输出电量正弦度好,谐波含量小及较好的控制效果。
Analysis of the electric driving and braking,energy consumption and maintenance,AC drive system has better performance compared to DC drive system.The author proposed a kind of variable frequency speed governing device used in mining locomotive which took DSP and FPGA as the main hardware composition,and presented its holistic design proposal and the algorithm based on rotor field-orientation vector control of the asynchronous motor,and developed a set of equipment with variable frequency and adjustable speed.Its testing results indicates the equipment has typically sine-shaped output,poor harmonic wave and better controlling effects.
