摘要
本文主要试验银白杨无性繁殖技术,掌握好种条插穗的处理、扦插时间以及大棚温度等技术环节,能极大提高扦插种条愈合组织的尽早发育,保证扦插成活率的提高。试验结果显示,一年生银白杨种条在大棚温室中成活率均为90%以上。
This paper mainly tests the asexual propagation technique of poplar,and master the processing of cuttings,cutting time and temperature of cuttings,which can greatly improve the early development of cuttings healing tissue and ensure the survival rate of cuttings.The results showed that the survival rate of annual silver poplar was over 90%in greenhouse.
