摘要
烟薯29是烟台市农业科学研究院于2009年以烟薯24为母本放任授粉获得杂交后代选育而成,在2014-2015年的国家区域试验中,平均淀粉产量469.9 kg/667 m^2,比对照徐薯22增产16.37%;烘干率34.55%,比对照高5.82个百分点;薯块的甜度、香味、纤维量、食味评分均为当轮区域试验中最高的品种,其中食味总评分为74.7,居当轮区试第1位;薯干洁白和平整度高,淀粉性质为慢消化淀粉,且黏性较好,属于优质高淀粉品种,2016年5月通过国家鉴定委员会鉴定.最适土壤类型为沙壤土地,能够更好地发挥出品种潜力.
A new sweetpotato variety Yanshu 29 was bred by Yantai Academy of Agricultural Scientific Research in 2009, which was a progeny of a cross among Yanshu 24 and multi-male by opening pollination. In the national Sweetpotato Regional Trial(2014-2015), the average starch yield of this variety was 469.9 kg/667 m^2,higher than the control variety Xushu 22 which increased 16.37%. It also had the highest dry matter content of 34.55% at this round of trial, which increased significantly by 20.26%. The cooked taste score of Yanshu 29 occupied the first among all the varieties, with 74.7, which benefited from the highest sweetness, fragrance and crude fiber content. This variety had the characteristics of white and smooth chips and high-quality slowly digestible starch. It was identified by the National Sweetpotato New Varieties Appraisal Committee in May 2016, and suitable for planting in sandy loam land.
