摘要
文章以苏州大学独墅湖校区公共教学楼为调查对象,基于使用后评价(POE)理论,综合运用实地调研法和AHP层次分析法,对公共教学楼进行分析和评价,总结其在环境心理、交通组织、空间质量、物理环境、运营管理与教学设施等方面的特征与不足,并提出合理的设计方向与改造策略,从而为高校教学建筑的建设提供参考。
This paper takes the public teaching building of Dushu Lake Campus of Soochow University as the survey object. Based on the post occupancy evaluation theory, the field research method and analytic hierarchy process are used to analyze and evaluate the public teaching building. This paper summarizes its characteristics and deficiencies in environmental psychology, traffic organization, space quality, physical environment, operation management and teaching facilities, and puts forward a reasonable design direction and transformation strategy, with a view to provide a reference for the construction of teaching buildings in colleges and universities.
