摘要
针对起重机运行机构系统状态评语为模糊定性的特点,将模糊层次分析法引入到系统状态综合评价中,完成了对起重机运行机构系统的模糊状态综合评价。首先,将专家对运行机构部件的多个评价指标之间的相对重要度模糊评语转化为对应的三角模糊数的定量表达,构成用于评价分析的三角模糊数矩阵,利用模糊数和模糊层次分析法的计算规则计算出评价指标相对于评价目标的权值;其次,通过对评价指标的状态评分和评价指标相对于评价目标的权值,得到评价目标的模糊综合评价;最后,利用模糊综合评价和模糊等级的对应区间,计算出评价目标的总评价区间,确定出运行机构系统最终的状态等级通过区。以一台使用5年的桥式起重机运行机构为例,说明了本方法的操作性和可行性。
Aiming at the fuzzy qualitative characteristics of the crane operating system status,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was introduced into the system state comprehensive evaluation,and the fuzzy state comprehensive evaluation of the crane operating mechanism system was completed.First,the expert compares the relative importance fuzzy comment between the plurality of evaluation indicators of the operating mechanism component into a quantitative expression of the corresponding triangular fuzzy number,and constitutes a triangular fuzzy number matrix for evaluation analysis.Using the calculation rules of fuzzy numbers and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the weights of the evaluation indicators relative to the evaluation targets are calculated.Secondly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation target is obtained by evaluating the state score of the indicator and the weight of the evaluation index relative to the evaluation target.Finally,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the corresponding interval of the fuzzy level,the total evaluation interval of the evaluation target is calculated,and the final state level passing area of the operating system is determined.Taking the operating mechanism of a 5-year bridge crane as an example,the operability and feasibility of the method are illustrated.
