摘要不断增强人民获得感是改革开放的逻辑起点和最终目标。从生成逻辑来看,增强人民获得感是历史经验的总结,这成为改革开放进程中的历史逻辑,马克思主义唯物史观在改革开放进程中的展开则是其理论逻辑,而人民对美好生活的向往和追求是改革开放进程中的现实逻辑,这三者共同构成人民获得感在改革开放进程中的生成逻辑;改革开放以来人民获得感得到全方位提升,获得感的内容不断丰富、受益的区域更加广泛、受益的群体更加普遍、评价的标准更加科学;新时代改革开放向纵深发展,进一步增强人民获得感必须坚持在党的领导下全体人民共建共治共享、以人民日益增长的需要不断拓展人民获得感的客观内容、讲好中国改革开放故事不断提升人民获得感的主观感知、通过扩大开放以营造和提升人民获得感的良好外部环境。 Continuously enhancing people's sense of gain is the logical starting point and ultimate goal of reform and opening up.From the point of generation logic,enhancing people's feeling is the summary of historical experience,which becomes the historical logic of people's sense of gain.In the process of reform and opening up,the development of the Marxist historical materialism is its theoretical logic,and the masses's desire and pursuit of a better life are the realistic logic.These three together form the generation logic of people's sense of gain in the process of reform and opening up;Since reform and opening up,people's sense of gain has been enhanced in an all-round way,the content of sense of gain has been constantly enriched,the regions benefiting from it have become more coordinated,the groups benefiting from it have become more common,and the evaluation criteria have become more scientific.The further development of reform and opening up in the new era and enhancing people's sense of gain must adhere to co-construction,sharing and co-governance of all the people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,continuously expanding the objective content of people's sense of gain with the increasing needs of people,enhancing subjective perception of people's sense of gain by telling Chinese stories about reform and opening up,creating a good external environment and improving people's feeling by opening wider to the outside.
