摘要
目的分析采用龙胆泻肝汤加减联合替硝唑栓治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法 100例阴道炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,各50例。对照组患者采用替硝唑栓治疗,实验组患者采用龙胆泻肝汤加减联合替硝唑栓治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为96%,显著高于对照组的80%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者不良反应发生率为4%,显著低于对照组的16%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗阴道炎患者疾病过程中,采用龙胆泻肝汤加减联合替硝唑栓治疗,能够有效改善患者临床症状,降低不良反应发生率,值得基层推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of addition and subtraction of Longdan Xiegan decoction and tinidazole suppository in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods A total of 100 vaginitis patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tinidazole suppository, and the experimental group was treated with addition and subtraction of Longdan Xiegan decoction and tinidazole suppository. The therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 96% in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than 80% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 4%, which was significantly lower than 16% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical treatment of vaginitis, addition and subtraction of Longdan Xiegan decoction and tinidazole suppository can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and lower the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of promotion and application.
