摘要
研究利用国家社科基金特别委托项目暨中国社会科学院创新工程重大专项“21世纪初中国少数民族地区经济社会发展综合调查”子课题“五指山市经济社会发展综合调查”定量问卷调查数据和实地调查资料,考察了五指山市劳动力转移与居民收入。研究采用定量分析和定性研究相结合的方法,介绍五指山劳动力转移的背景,梳理五指山市农村居民劳动力转移的情况,对就地就近就业的模式进行讨论。研究利用统计模型,进一步检验劳动力转移的后果,研究发现非农就业显著提升了农村居民的家庭收入;非农就业时间越长,家庭收入水平越高。
Under the guide of the subproject“Integrated Survey of Wuzhishan City’s Economic and Social Development”of the National Fund for Philosophy and Social Science project cum the key innovation project of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences“Integrated Survey of Chinese Minority Areas’Economic and Social Development in the Beginning of 21 st Century”,we made a field survey through quantitative questionnaires,and examined the labor force transfer and residents’incomes of Wuzhishan City.The analysis was both quantitative and qualitative,targeting at the background for the trafer of rural labor force in Wuzhishan City and discussing the local employment model.By means of statistical modeling we further verified the effects of labor force transfer,and our findings reveal that the non-agricultural employment is evidently conducive to the increase of rural residents’household incomes and that the longer the non-agricultural employment,the higher household incomes.
