摘要
异甘草素是甘草的重要成分,它的生物活性呈现多样性,尤其是它的抗癌活性和抗炎作用被广泛报道。通过参阅近3年来的文献,作者概述了异甘草素药效学的研究进展,为进一步利用和开发异甘草素提供参考。为扩大基础研究的成果,作者也建议对异甘草素尽快开展安全性评价,弥补当前毒理学报道甚少的状况。此外,对异甘草素实施结构修饰,有助于发现更有价值的活性分子。
Isoliquiritigenin is a simple chalcone derivative found in Glycyrrhizaglabra,which is one of the most popular herbal products in the world. Its diverse bioactivities were demonstrated in lots of trials,especially anticancer and anti-inflammation effects were broadly documented. By consulting documents in recent three years,author provided a comprehensive summary of the diverse pharmacological activities. Currently there are few reports on its toxicology,warranting the prospective trials to conduct its safety evaluation in vivo. Additionally,chemical modification of isoliquiritigenin should be made to contribute to finding the derivatives with the higher bioactivities.
