摘要
脊柱作为参与呼吸运动的重要骨性解剖结构,具有发出脊神经、附着肌肉等多种重要功能。文章总结近20年相关文献,就脊柱与呼吸运动的相关性进行综述。通过检索中国知网、万方数据等数据库,通过34篇中外相关文献综述脊柱与呼吸运动在神经、肌肉、经络三方面的联系。发现从脊柱出发,论治呼吸系统疾病的相关研究少之又少。日后可以进一步讨论脊柱相关干预手段对呼吸疾病的治疗的作用与价值。
As important bone anatomy involved in respiratory movement, the spine has many important functions such as emitting spinal nerves and attaching muscles. The article summarizes the relevant literature in the past 20 years and reviews the correlation between spine and respiratory movement. A total of 34 Chinese and foreign literatures were reviewed by searching databases such as China Knowledge Network and Wanfang Data. The relationship between spine and respiratory movement is mainly affected by nerve, muscle and meridian. There are few studies on the treatment of respiratory diseases which is associated with the spine. Through this study, we hope that the therapeutic value of spinal-related treatment for respiratory diseases can be further discussed in the future.
