基于超声信号的局部放电无线检测装置研制 被引量:2

摘要 局部放电(PD)不仅是导致气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(gas insulation switchgear,GIS)故障的主要原因之一,也是绝缘劣化的重要信号,通过检测超声信号可以实现对GIS局部放电的检测及其绝缘状态的诊断。研制了一套基于超声信号的局部放电无线检测装置,阐述了工作原理与硬件设计,系统通过硬件滤波和数字信号处理使局放超声信号在复杂环境下更易被识别,基于WiFi无线通信上传检测数据并于终端进行显示,提高了检测的可靠性和抗干扰能力,经现场测试验证,装置能够有效检测出局放超声信号,并提高了测试效率。 Partial discharge(PD)is one of the main causes for malfunctions in the gas-insulated switchgear(GIS),and it is also an important symbol for insulation degradation.By detecting ultrasonic signal,one can detect partial discharge in GIS and diagnose its insulation status.A wireless PD detection device based on ultrasonic signal was developed,and its operational principle and hardware design were expounded.The system relied on hardware filtering and digital signal processing to make PD ultrasonic signal more easily recognizable in complex environments.Based on WiFi wireless communication,detection data were uploaded and displayed at the terminal,so that the reliability and anti-interference performance of detection were improved.On-site tests verified that the developed device could effectively detect PD ultrasonic signal and improve detection efficiency.
