摘要
目的探讨微创钢板内固定术治疗创伤性尺骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月~2018年3月本院收治的66例创伤性尺骨骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各33例。对照组患者采用切开复位钢板内固定术治疗,观察组患者行微创钢板内固定术治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、伤口愈合时间、切口长度、临床疗效、术后并发症发生情况、疼痛程度。结果观察组患者的手术时间、住院时间、伤口愈合时间、切口长度均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后3个月的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创钢板内固定术应用于治疗创伤性尺骨骨折患者中的临床效果较好,可有效缩短手术时间、住院时间及伤口愈合时间,缩小切口,减少术后并发症的发生,有效缓解患者术后疼痛,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive plate internal fixation for traumatic ulna fracture.Methods A total of 66 patients with traumatic ulna fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,33 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate,while patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive internal fixation with steel plate.The operation time,hospitalization time,wound healing time,incision length,clinical efficacy,postoperative complications and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,healing time and incision length of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than that in the control group 3 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive plate internal fixation has a good clinical effect in the treatment of traumatic ulna fracture patients.It can effectively shorten the operation time,hospitalization time and wound healing time,reduce incision,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and effectively relieve postoperative pain of patients.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
