摘要
利用扫描电镜(SEM)、全自动超微孔比表面及孔径分析仪(BET)对钦州坭兴陶泥料及其烧制的陶器的颗粒形貌与孔隙特性进行分析。结果表明:白泥颗粒以薄片状黏结叠堆成团,经高温烧结后收缩成不规则块团,红泥颗粒以团粒状分散分布,高温烧结后团粒熔结成孔架结构的块团;白泥、红泥及二元混合泥所烧[JP2]制陶器孔径<51 nm,峰值孔径在3.50~5.82 nm之间,总孔体积在0.005~0.032 mL·g^-1之间,比表面积在0.42~[JP]3.00 m^2·g^-1之间,“白+红”可克服白泥太致密及红泥较松散的缺陷。显气孔率与容重测试表明,白泥、红泥及二元混合泥所烧制陶器透气性能良好。
The particle morphology and pore characteristics of Qinzhou Nixing pottery clay and its fired pottery were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),automatic ultra-micro pore specific surface and pore size analyzer(BET).The results show that the white clay particles are agglomerated in sheet shape and shrink into irregular aggregates after sintering at high temperature,and the red clay particles are dispersed in aggregates.After sintering at high temperature,the aggregates melt into pore-framed aggregates.The pore size of pottery fired by white clay,red clay and binary mixed clay is less than 51 nm,the peak pore size is between 3.50 and 5.82 nm,the total pore volume is between 0.005 and 0.032 mL·g^-1,and the specific surface area is between 0.42 and 3.00 m^2·g^-1,“white+red”can overcome the defects of too dense white clay and loose red clay.The test of apparent porosity and bulk density shows that the air permeability of pottery fired with white clay,red clay and binary mixed clay is good.
