摘要
在工程常规施工过程中,一般要求待地下室防水保温施工结束后回填夯实浇筑支撑基础后进行搭设。在着土面外脚手架搭设过程中,随着外脚手架的增高,致使整体外架荷载增大,基础不均匀沉降,出现立杆悬空,大横杆、连墙件应力荷载集中变形等现象,外脚手架质量难以保障、安全隐患极大。在外脚手架下沉后常规处理方案中,常采用基础下沉悬空部分塞灌混凝土,变形较大的管件更换重新搭设及扣件更换等处理措施,采用此种方法安全性、工艺流程简洁性、工程质量及工期要求均不能同时达到标准要求且存在较大安全隐患。通过实体项目外墙外侧加设一种独立柱、连系梁,可以提前解决外架搭设的安全性能,保证了施工过程中的质量,大大提高了工期。
In normal construction practice,it is required to be built after the waterproof and insulation layer of the basement is completed and support foundation is backfilled and compacted.In the process of scaffolding construction on the surface of the earth,with the increase of the external scaffolding,the overall external framework load increases,the foundation is not uniform settlement,the vertical pole is suspended,and the stress load of large crossbar and fasteners to wall concentrate,as a result,the quality of the external scaffold is difficult to guarantee,and the security risks are great.After the external scaffolding sinks,the conventional treatment plan is usually to suspend the concrete at the foundation,or to replace the deformed pipe fittings and fasteners.The safety,process simplicity,project quality and time limit of this method cannot be achieved at the same time,and there are huge security risks.By adding an independent column and connecting beam outside the external wall,the safety performance of the external frame can be solved in advance,and the quality of the construction process can be guaranteed,meanwhile,the construction period can also be greatly improved.
