摘要
国内丙烷脱氢装置的发展,至2017年末,全国共有12套装置运营,共计510万吨丙烯生产能力;比较分析了天津渤化、卫星石化、海越股份等主要丙烷脱氢装置的运营状况,指出掌握原材料来源、产业链上下游一体化的公司抗风险能力和盈利能力更强,但新上马的PDH项目众多,可能导致潜在的经营风险和营利的不确定性。
For the development of domestic propane dehydrogenation devices,there are 12 sets of devices in operation till the end of 2017,with total productioncapability:5.1 million tons propylene.The status of operation status including Tianjin Bohai Chemical,Satellite Petrochemical,Haiyue shares and so on are compared and analyzed herein and indicated that the companies control the sources of materials and formed integrated company including upstream and downstream industrial chain have more powerful capability against risks with big profitability.However,too many new PDH projects may lead to potential operation risk and uncertainty of profit.
