摘要
目的观察深刺八髎穴为主联合西药治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星片、盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊口服,观察组在此基础上予深刺八髎穴为主治疗。治疗前后评定慢性前列腺炎症状评分、前列腺质地评分及周围组织压痛评分,并测定两组患者前列腺液白介素-8及肿瘤坏死因子-α含量。结果观察组治疗后,慢性前列腺炎症状评分、前列腺质地评分及周围组织压痛评分的改善程度较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。且治疗后,观察组前列腺液白介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平降低明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯西药治疗比较,深刺八髎穴为主联合西药更能显著地改善慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者临床症状,这可能与下调前列腺液白介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平相关。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of deep acupuncture at Baliao points as the major acupuncture treatment plus Western medication in treating chronic nonbacterial prostatitis(CNP).Method Sixty CNP patients were randomized into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was prescribed with oral Levofloxacin tablets and Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules,and the observation group was additionally given acupuncture treatment majorly including deep acupuncture at Baliao points.Before and after treatment,the National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI),prostate texture score and surrounding tissue tenderness score were observed,as well as the contents of interleukin(IL)-8 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α in prostatic fluid.Result After treatment,the improvements in the NIH-CPSI score and prostate texture score and surrounding tissue tenderness score were more significant in the observation group compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The contents of IL-8 and TNF-α in prostatic fluid declined significantly after treatment in the observation group and were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the treatment with Western medication alone,deep needling at Baliao points plus Western medication can more significantly improve the clinical symptoms in CNP patients,which is plausibly related to the down-regulation of IL-8 and TNF-α in prostatic fluid.
