摘要
目的:探究分析癫痫脑电图特征联合CT对脑功能受损病灶定位及诊断价值。方法:选取我院2017年2月-2019年3月收纳的癫痫患者77例进行随机性分组,对照组进行脑电图诊断(38例),研究组在其基础上联合CT扫描进行诊断(39例),对比分析诊断准确率、依从性以及病灶定位。结果:发作间期、发作期研究组诊断准确率为92.31%、94.87%,对照组分别为81.58%、78.95%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组依从性和对照组并无差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);病灶定位方面,颞叶癫痫、颞叶之外癫痫等检测结果两组之间存在差异,且研究组病灶定位更为全面,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:通过对癫痫实施脑电图联合CT扫描后可提高诊断准确率,同时CT下诊断科更为清晰地提供病灶定位,在临床实际诊断中,可结合二者诊断方式进行互补从而提高准确率。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the diagnostic value of EEG combined with CT in the location of brain functional impairment.Methods:Seventy-seven patients with epilepsy who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were randomly assigned to the group.The control group was diagnosed with EEG(38 cases).The study group was combined with CT scan for diagnosis(39).Example,comparative analysis of diagnostic accuracy,compliance and lesion location.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the study group was 92.31%and 94.87%in the interictal and episodes.The control group was 81.58%and 78.95%,respectively.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference between the study group and the control group,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The lesion location,temporal lobe epilepsy,epilepsy outside the temporal lobe,etc.Results:There were differences between the two groups,and the lesions were more comprehensive in the study group,and the differences between the groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:EEG can be improved by EEG combined with CT scan,and the diagnostic department can provide more clear location of lesions under CT.In clinical diagnosis,the two diagnostic methods can be combined to improve the accuracy.
