校企“双导师”联动模式下高职院校师资队伍建设研究 被引量:4

A Study on Teaching Staff Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges under the "Dual Mentor" Mode between Schools and Enterprises

摘要 校企“双导师”联动模式是在充分尊重高职教育双重属性的前提下,立足校企紧密结合、产教深度融合,遵循学生个体特征,实施校企双主体办学,由学校导师与企业师傅合作完成人才培养的校企协同育人模式。现代学徒制背景下,针对目前高职院校师资队伍存在的问题,需要发挥政府政策导向,明确双导师选聘标准,推进校企团队互助成长,构建师生交流评价机制,以实现教育供应链与产业需求链的有效衔接,为社会经济发展提供有力人才支撑。 On the premise of fully respecting the double attribute of higher vocational education,based on the close integration between schools and enterprises,deep integration of industry and education,"dual mentor"linkage mode between schools and enterprises is an school-enterprise cooperative education mode of talent cultivation by the cooperation of school tutors and enterprise masters,following student's individual characteristics and carrying out the school running with two main bodies of schools and enterprises.Under the background of modern apprenticeship,aiming at the problems existing in the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,it is important to play the role of government policies,make double mentor hiring standards clear,promote team mutual development between schools and enterprises,construct the evaluation mechanism of the communication between teachers and students in order to realize the effective connection of education supply chain and industry demand chain,and provide powerful talents support for social and economic development.
