摘要
目的研究探讨优质护理对超声乳化治疗白内障患者并发症的影响。方法选取2013年6月-2016年3月入院接受治疗经诊断为白内障疾病的120例患者为重点研究对象。将其分为对照组(60例,进行常规护理)和试验组(60例,进行优质化护理),对比两组对护理的满意程度以及并发症的发生概率。结果在对护理满意程度的对比上,试验组的满意程度较高;在并发症发生概率对比上,试验组发生的概率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对超声乳化治疗白内障病患采用优质护理具有良好的效果。
Objective To investigate the influence factors of high qualitynursing on the complications of phacoemulsification in cataract patients. Methods 120 patients who were admitted to the hospital from June 2013 to March 2016 for diagnosis of cataract disease were selected as the key subjects. The patients were divided into the control group(60 cases, routine nursing) and the experimental group(60 cases, high quality nursing). The nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results For the comparison of nursing satisfaction, the satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher, for the comparison of the complication rate, the probability of the experimental group was lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing has good effect in phacoemulsification treatment of cataract patients.
