摘要
针对离心压缩机进行了变频改造的研究。分析了离心压缩机的结构和工作原理,阐述了变频改造方案、改造调节方案,对改造后的主电路图、变频器调节回路、控制系统回路进行了分析。同时,提出了离心压缩机变频改造需要注意的问题。给各类压缩机的变频改造提供相应的技术参考。
The purpose of this paper is to study the frequency conversion of the centrifugal compressor.The structure and working principle of the centrifugal compressor are analyzed.The scheme of frequency conversion modification and the adjustment scheme are described.The main circuit diagram,the frequency converter regulation loop and the control system circuit after the transformation are analyzed.At the same time,it is pointed out that the frequency conversion of the centrifugal compressor needs to be paid attention to,and provides corresponding technical reference for variable frequency transformation of various compressors.
