摘要
盘磨机的磨盘在磨浆的过程中极易受到磨损,磨盘生命周期内的磨损直接关系到磨浆的质量和磨盘的寿命。本文首先总结了盘磨机磨盘磨损及影响,然后着重阐述常见的磨片磨损模式,同时对磨片的防护进行了展望。
The plate of disc refiner is vulnerable to abrasion in the process of refining,and the wear of plate may not only cause a shorter plate working life but also a reduced refining efficiency and pulp quality.Firstly,the wear of the plate and its influence were summarized,then the common wear patterns were especially discussed.Finally,the protection of the plate from wearing was prospected.
