摘要
目的在医疗改革的新形势下,在加大投入和减少收入的情况下,改变粗放式的医疗设备管理模式,建立医疗设备效益评价体系,使医院设备管理更加精细化,更加合理高效的配置医疗设备。方法分析了医疗设备效益评价现状,指出现有问题所在,拟通过德尔菲法筛选出合适经济效益和社会效益指标,并将医疗设备种类按用途划分,为不同类别的设备选择适合的评价指标和指标权重。结果初步拟定了一套医疗设备综合效益的评价方案,为医院逐步推进并建立医疗设备效益评价体系打下基础。结论医疗设备效益评价不能局限于经济效益,设备的社会效益也是重要组成部分,对设备用途的细分,突出不同类别的设备特点,有利于更加科学、精确地对医疗设备效益分析评价。
Objective Under the new situation of medical reform, the extensive medical equipment management mode should be changed and the medical equipment benefit evaluation system should be established to make hospital equipment management more refined and more reasonable and efficient in the configuration of medical equipment. Methods The status quo of medical equipment benefit evaluation were analyzed and the existing problems were pointed out. We intended to screen out the appropriate economic and social benefit indicators by Delphi method, and classified the types of medical equipment according to use, so as to select the appropriate evaluation indicators and index weights for different types of equipment. Results An evaluation scheme for the comprehensive benefit of medical equipment was preliminarily presented, which laid a foundation for the hospital to gradually promote and establish the medical equipment benefit evaluation system. Conclusion Medical equipment benefit evaluation should not be only economic benefit, but also the social benefit. The segmentation of equipment use is conducive to more scientific and accurate analysis and evaluation of medical equipment benefit.
