摘要
医疗设备预防性维护是保证医疗设备运行安全、减少故障发生及降低维修成本不可或缺的措施之一。我院结合JCI认证标准,通过制定管理制度,评估医疗设备风险等级,明确预防性维护分级及相关内容等工作,建立具有可操作性的预防性维护体系。经过近两年的操作实践,有效降低医疗设备的故障发生率,工作方向由被动维修向主动维护扩展,使得医疗设备管理思路更加清晰。
Preventive maintenance is one of the indispensable measures to ensure the safe operation of medical equipment, reduce the occurrence of faults and reduce maintenance costs. Combined with the JCI certification standard, our hospital established an operable preventive maintenance system by formulating a management system, assessing the risk level of medical equipment, clarifying the preventive maintenance classification and related contents. After nearly two years of operation practice, the failure rate of medical equipment was effectively reduced, and the working direction was expanded from passive maintenance to active maintenance, which made the management idea of medical equipment clearer.
