摘要
世界进入新时代,中印关系迎来了新的发展契机。国际政治的结构性矛盾概念被许多学者引入中印关系。目前,国内学界有一种将结构性矛盾泛化倾向,而且将结构性矛盾看作是不可解的,具体到中印边界问题提出是"管理模式"而不是"解决模式"。本文认为,所有矛盾都是可解的,目前更应该创造解决边界问题的条件,也具备了一定的条件,认识上不能把结构性矛盾看作是对抗性矛盾。中印之间的安全性大于威胁性,边界问题的和解性大于冲突性。
In the new era, China-India relations have met new opportunities for development. There are var-ious contradictions between China and India, some scholars introduced the concept of structural contradictionsin international politics. There is a tendency in domestic academic community to generalize structural contradic-tions and regard them as unsolvable and specific to the Sino-Indian border issue, and propose a"managementmodel"rather than a"solution model". This paper believes all contradictions are solvable. At present, we shouldcreate more conditions for solving boundary problems. We should not regard structural contradictions as antago-nistic ones. The security between China and India is greater than the threat, and the reconciliation of border is-sues is greater than the conflict.
