摘要
为解决征地滞后造成国家能源集团准格尔能源有限责任公司哈尔乌素露天煤矿采场、排土场发育不均衡的问题,本文提出了在哈尔乌素露天煤矿应用中部沟的设想,推演了中部沟实施方案和移设方法,结果表明应用中部沟后可以缓解露天煤矿受征地影响的困难局面,可缩短煤层顶板上覆台阶剥离运距,提高资源回收率、降低生产成本,为同类露天煤矿开采提供了可借鉴的实践经验。
In order to solve the problem of unbalanced development of the stope and waste dump of Haerwusu Opencast Coal Mine,Jungar Energy Co.,Ltd.of National Energy Group caused by the land acquisition delay,this paper puts forward the assumption of applying middle ditch in Haerwusu Opencast Coal Mine,and deduces the implementation scheme and relocation method of the middle ditch.The result shows that the application of the middle ditch can alleviate the difficult situation of the opencast coal mine affected by land acquisition,it can shorten the stripping distance of the overlying steps of the coal seam roof,improve the resource recovery rate and reduce the production cost,which provides practical experience for the mining of similar opencast coal mines.
