摘要
目的:分析认知行为干预联合悬吊核心稳定训练对脑卒中恢复期患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院脑卒中恢复期患者76例(2017年2月-2018年11月),按入院时间分为研究组(n=38)与参照组(n=38),参照组予以常规康复训练,研究组在参照组基础上予以认知行为干预联合悬吊核心稳定训练。对比两组干预前后简式Fugl-Meyer功能量表(FMA)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果:干预后,研究组FMA、BBS评分较参照组高(P<0.05);干预后,研究组NIHSS评分较参照组低(P<0.05);干预后,研究组SF-36评分较参照组高(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中恢复期患者采用认知行为干预联合悬吊核心稳定训练可促进神经功能恢复,并能改善患者平衡功能及下肢运动功能,提高患者生活质量。
Objective: To analyze the influence of cognitive behavioral intervention and suspension core stability training on quality of life in patients with stroke recovery. Method: A total of 76 patients with recovery from stroke in our hospital were selected(from February 2017 to November 2018). The patients were divided into study group(n=38) and reference group(n=38) according to admission time. The reference group was given routine rehabilitation training. On the basis of the reference group, the research group combined cognitive behavioral intervention and suspension core stability training. The simplified Fugl-Meyer functional scale(FMA) score, the Berg balance scale(BBS) score, the stroke scale(NIHSS) score, and the health survey summary(SF-36) score were compared before and after intervention. Result: After intervention, the FMA and BBS scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05). After the intervention, the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05). After the intervention, the SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Cognitive behavioral intervention combined with suspension core stability training in patients with convalescent stroke can promote the recovery of neurological function, improve the balance function and lower limb motor function, and improve the quality of life of patients.
