摘要
本文以某高校参加运动会的运动员为研究对象,随机分为对照组及试验组研究了乳饮料对运动员的影响,基于对产生运动性疲劳的生理学机制以及乳饮料抗运动性疲劳的试验研究与机制展开全面分析,在运动过程中运动员如果进行乳饮料的补充,能够维持血红细胞的功能是稳定的,对运动机体内部的CMC水平起到很好的维稳作用,同时还能加快恢复运动机体的体能、消除疲劳。实践分析证明,保护运动机体红细胞的功能,可以通过乳清蛋白饮料的摄入来实现,同时后者还能避免出现降低血红蛋白(HB)水平,消除疲劳、提高体能、积极促进肌肉微结构的维持。
In this paper, the athletes who participate in the sports meeting in a university are randomly divided into control group and experimental group to study the influence of milk beverage on the athletes. By analyzing the physiological mechanism of sports fatigue and the experimental research and mechanism of Anti Sports Fatigue of milk beverage, the athletes can effectively protect the function of blood red blood cells and prevent the movement of milk beverage during the exercise. At the same time, the decrease of CMC level in motivation can improve the recovery of physical fitness, promote the elimination of fatigue and maintain the microstructure of muscles. The research shows that the whey protein drink can effectively protect the function of red blood cells, prevent the decrease of hemoglobin(HB), promote the elimination of fatigue, improve physical fitness, and maintain the muscle microstructure.
