摘要
目的探讨老年人舒适护理在急诊静脉输液中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月~2019年1月在我院进行急诊静脉输液的120例老年患者作为研究对象,按随机抽签法分为对照组和研究组,每组各60例。对照组采取常规护理干预模式,研究组采取舒适护理干预模式,对两组护理前后的焦虑情绪变化、疼痛感及护理满意度进行比较。结果①研究组护理总满意度为98.33%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②护理后,研究组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③研究组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分为(3.91±0.64)分,低于对照组的(5.94±1.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年人舒适护理在急诊静脉输液中的应用效果确切,促进疾病康复,减少医疗纠纷,创建和谐医患关系,创造社会经济效益。
Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing for the elderly patients in emergency intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients who were received to emergency intravenous infusion in our hospital from June 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and research group by random drawing,60 cases in each group.The control group was adopted routine nursing intervention,and the research group was adopted comfortable nursing intervention mode.The changes of anxiety and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing in the two groups were compared.Results The nursing total satisfaction of the research group was 98.33%,higher than that of the control group(86.67%,P<0.05).Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score of the research group was lower than that of the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score in the study group was(3.91±0.64)points,lower than that in the control group for(5.94±1.45)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comfortable nursing for the elderly in emergency intravenous infusion is exact.It can promote the recovery of disease,reduce medical disputes,create harmonious doctor-patient relationship and create social and economic benefits.
