摘要
目的探究慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染患者血清IL-4、IL-10以及IFN-γ、IL-2检测的临床意义。方法纳入的研究对象为2015年1月至2018年10月该院78例慢性乙型肝炎患者,根据不同的临床分期分为2组,轻度组为轻度慢性乙型肝炎患者,重度组为重度慢性乙型肝炎患者,每组纳入患者26例,同期选取30例健康体检者作为对照组,使用ELISA法对3组研究对象血清中免疫调节因子(IL-4、IL-10以及IFN-γ、IL-2)水平进行检测,分析3组研究对象的血清免疫调节因子水平。结果轻度组、重度组血清IL-4、IL-10以及IFN-γ、IL-2水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。慢性乙型肝炎重度组患者血清IL-4与IL-10高于轻度组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染患者血清中免疫调节因子进行检测,可对患者疾病发展、预后进行良好的预测,同时早期诊断、治疗对患者的预后具有十分重要的改善意义。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γ,IL-2 in patients with chronic hepatitis b virus infection.Methods Into the research object in the hospital for January 2015-a court in October 2018,78 cases of chronic hepatitis b patients,according to the different clinical stages are divided into 2 groups,mild chronic hepatitis b patients for mild group,severe group for patients with severe chronic hepatitis b,each group included in 26 cases patients,30 cases of healthy physical examination were selected for the same period as the control group,using ELISA method for 3 groups in serum immune adjustment factor(IL-4,IL-10 and,IFN-γIL-2)level testing,analysis of three groups of serum immunity factor level.Results Serum IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γ,IL-2 levels in the mild and severe groups were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Severe chronic hepatitis b patients serum IL-4 and IL-10 higher than that of patients with mild group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum of patients with chronic hepatitis b virus infection in the immune regulatory factor for testing,can be carried out on the disease development and prognosis of patients with good prediction,at the same time on the prognosis of patients with early diagnosis and treatment is of great importance to improve the meaning.
