摘要 目的探讨精神病专科医院实验室危急值在临床中的特点及其应用价值,为危急值项目及界限的标准化提供参考依据。方法通过查询检验科危急值报告本及实验室信息系统,对本院2016年4月到2019年3月确认的危急值登记数量、所测危急值项目总数量,分别统计12个危急值的发生率、项目构成比及在19个病区的危急值分布。结果危急值发生率为0.74%;单项发生率前三是肌酸激酶2.62%、血清锂2.24%、血清钾1.00%。;危急值总数最高病区为综合区18.53%,其次是老人区8.41%、救治五区7.44%、;单项危急值发生率最高的病区是综合区的血糖50.00%,其次是综合区的尿素氮37.98%、救治六区血锂33.33%。结论危急值项目及其界限难于标准化,精神疾病专科医院针对性修正危急值项目及其界限,有利于持续改进医疗质量,提高临床工作效率。 Objective To investigate the psychiatric hospital lab critical value in the clinical characteristics and the application value,for critical value project and provides some references for the standardization of boundaries.Methods By querying the clinical laboratory report this critical value,and laboratory information system of our hospital from April 2016 to March 2019 to confirm the critical value of registration number,the critical value,the total number of measurement,statistics of the incidence of 12 critical value in 19 ward,project composition ratio and the critical value distribution.Results The incidence of critical value was 0.74%;Single rate in the first three is 2.62%,serum creatine kinase,serum potassium lithium 2.24%to 1.00%.;Critical value 18.53%maximum ward of the compound,the second is the old area,save five area of 7.44%,8.41%;Single critical value of the highest incidence of ward is the compound of blood sugar 50.00%,followed by the compound of blood urea nitrogen 37.98%,cure six area lithium 33.33%.Conclusion Critical value project and its boundary is difficult to standardize and mental diseases hospital targeted modification project and its critical value line,conducive to the continuous improvement of medical quality,improve the efficiency of clinical work.
