摘要
“百年变局”的论断是认识新时代世界形势的重要切入点,理解前一个百年变局时的全球性危机并参照当前的国际形势是对人类悲剧的最好纪念。从长时段的历史视角考察,跨越百年内众多变局节点,比较百年前后的变局,竟有许多需要警惕的危机相似点,如伪贸易和平论、自由主义式微、权力转移乱象等,这些比较加上对新变局的特点的认知可以帮助今天的世界避免重蹈覆辙。在此背景下,中国的思考有别于既有的西方思维,给出了一些新的方案,代表着东方智慧,希望全世界能以史为鉴,推动构建人类命运共同体,走向和平发展的美好未来。
The conclusion of“the century change”is an important point to understand the world situation in the new era,and it is the best memorial to the human tragedy to understand the global crisis during the change in the last century and refer to the current international situation.With perspective from the long period of history,spanning many important changes in the century,comparing changes before and after this century,many similarities need to alert the crisis,such as false trade-causes-peace theory,liberalism decaying and chaos of power shift.The comparison with the cognition of the characteristics of the new change can help the world today to avoid following the same old disastrous road.In this context,China’s thinking is different from the existing western thinking.China has put forward some new proposals,which represent the wisdom of China.We hope that the world can learn from history,promote the building of a community of shared future for mankind,and move towards a better future of peaceful development.
