摘要
目的观察支气管肺炎患儿应用布地奈德与氨溴索雾化吸入前后炎症因子、免疫功能指标变化情况.方法选择本院儿科收治的112例支气管肺炎患儿,以随机数表法分为单一组与联合组,每组56例.两组均给予综合基础治疗,单一组另予氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,联合组另予布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,比较两组症状与体征改善时间、炎症因子水平与免疫功能指标差异.结果经治疗,联合组症状与体征(发热、咳嗽、气喘、肺啰音及肺部X线阴影)持续时间均明显短于单一组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平均明显下降(P<0.05),且联合组下降幅度大于单一组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白E(IgE)与干扰素-γ(INF-γ)]水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且联合组降低幅度大于单一组(P<0.05).结论支气管肺炎患儿以布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗能够加快症状与体征消失,改善机体炎症环境,提高免疫功能.
Objective To observe the changes of inflammatory factors and immune function indexes in children patients with bronchial pneumonia before and after aerosol inhalation of budesonide and ambroxol.Methods A total of 112 children patients with bronchial pneumonia admitted to pediatric department of the hospital were selected and divided into single group and combined group according to the random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The two groups were given comprehensive basic treatment,and single group was treated with ambroxol aerosol inhalation,and combined group was given aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with ambroxol.The improvement times of symptoms and signs,inflammatory factors levels and immune function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the duration of symptoms and signs(fever,cough,asthma,lung rales and lung X-ray shadow)in combined group were significantly shorter than those in single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were decreased significantly in the two groups(P<0.05),and the decreases in combined group were greater than those in single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immune function indexes[immunoglobulin E(IgE)and interferon-γ(INF-γ)]in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the decreases in combined group were greater than those in single group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with ambroxol in children patients with bronchial pneumonia can accelerate the disappearance of symptoms and signs,improve the body's inflammatory environment and enhance immune function.
